ABOUT US

HOW IT ALL BEGAN THE ROAD TO DEMOLITION

A five gallon bucket, some support from close friends, and a little bit of honest work.

Jeff Squire started in January 2019 scooping dog waste by the hour and has evolved his mission into a full service demolition company.

Local Demo is now able to provide jobs to our growing community while offering the Bozeman and Big Sky communities a professional approach to an otherwise underserved industry.

OUR TEAM

THE "WORK FAMILY"

Accountability, communication, and continued affirmations.

Culture is the backbone to the efforts of Local Demo and we strive to teach and extend our values outward to job sites, families, friends, and our futures. Our team of interior removal specialists all start with our 60-day apprenticeship program—culture integration practices, daily accountability check ins, on site safety protocols, and monthly 1:1 meetings all ensure our team members are hitting both their personal and professional intents.

Growth is the clear objective for all and it begins the day they join the Local family.

"The right thing and the easy thing are often never the same thing."

MEET OUR "FAMILY"

Our family is the reason we get to do what we do. Having dedicated and passionate people keeps our machine running smooth. Meet the main faces you will interact with at Local.

Tandi R.

Community Relations Specialist

Demolition goes beyond taking a hammer to a wall. I see our work as an army of passionate, earth loving Americans who want to destroy what isn't working, preserve what is, and rebuild something new from the bones up. Being a leader at local salvage allows me to inspire my community to be resourceful in building the new. Community focused and integrity driven, my goal with salvage is to open space and creativity to embrace the durable, authentic, sustainable, and cost-effective salvaged material to empower you, to empower me and uplift and empower this community as a whole.

Originally from Washington state, I owned and operated the first health food restaurant downtown Wenatchee Washington. This venture opened up organic experience of leadership, community empowerment and eventually led to co-founding a sustainability nonprofit. Freedom brought my small family to Montana. Gratitude for this land and it’s people, my family and I vow to protect and honor this valley with our values of freedom and sovereignty. I aspire my work at Local to be a reflection of that. I look forward to meeting you in our showroom, workshops and community events! See you soon!
